【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestwomethodsforthedeterminationof15polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)inanimalandvegetablefatsandoils:—ageneralmethod,and—amethodspecificforcoconutoilandvegetableoilswithshort-chainfattyacids.Thesemethodsarenotquantitativefortheveryvolatilecompoundssuchasnaphthalene,acenaphtheneandfluorene.Duetointerferencesprovidedbythematrixitself,palmoilandolivepomaceoilcannotbeanalysedusingthismethod.Thequantificationlimitis0,2ug/kgforalmostallcompoundsanalysed,exceptforfluorantheneandbenzo(g,/7,;)perylenewherethequantificationlimitis0,3ug/kg,andindeno(1,2,3-c,d)pyrenewherethequantificationlimitis1ug/kg.
