【摘要】:ThispartofIEC44appliestonewlymanufacturedcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalmeasuringinstrumentsandelectricalprotectivedevicesatfrequenciesfrom15Hzto100Hz.Althoughtherequirementsrelatebasicallytotransformerswithseparatewindings,theyarealsoapplicable,whereappropriate,toautotransformers.Clause11coverstherequirementsandtests,inadditiontothoseinclauses3,4,5,6,7,8,9and10,thatarenecessaryforcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalmeasuringinstruments.Clause12coverstherequirementsandtests,inadditiontothoseinclauses3,4,5,6,7,8,9and10,thatarenecessaryforcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalprotectiverelays,andinparticularforformsofprotectioninwhichtheprimerequirementisthemaintenanceofaccuracyuptoseveraltimestheratedcurrent.Forcertainprotectivesystems,wherethecurrenttransformercharacteristicsaredependantontheoveralldesignoftheprotectiveequipment(forexample,high-speedbalancedsystemsandearth-faultprotectioninresonantearthednetworks),additionalrequirementsaregiveninclause13forclassPRtransformersandinclause14forclassPXtransformers.Clause13coverstherequirementsandtestsinadditiontothoseinclause3,4,5,6,7,8,9and10thatarenecessaryforcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalprotectiverelays,andinparticularforformsofprotectioninwhichtheprimerequirementistheabsenceofremanentflux.Clause14coverstherequirementsandtestsinadditiontothoseinclauses3,4,5,6,7,8,9and10thatarenecessaryforcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalprotectiverelays,andinparticularforformsofprotectionforwhichknowledgeofthetransformer'ssecondaryexcitationcharacteristic,secondarywindingresistance,secondaryburdenresistanceandturnsratioissufficienttoassessitsperformanceinrelationtotheprotectiverelaysystemwithwhichitistobeused.Currenttransformersintendedforbothmeasurementandprotectionshallcomplywithalltheclausesofthisstandard.Instrumenttransformers(ITs)areconsideredtobepassiveelements.NOTEForoutdoorITshavingvoltages≥123kVtheRIVmeasurementsaresuitabletocovertherequirementsofEMCDirective.ForguidanceofthetestprocedureEN60694:1996,§6.3mightbefollowed.
