【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesashocktubetestmethodandclassificationrequirementsforexplosionpressure-resistantglazing,includingglazingfabricatedfromglass,plastic,glass-cladplastics,laminatedglass,glass/plasticglazingmaterials,andfilm-backedglass.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesastructuredproceduretodeterminetheblastresistanceandthehazardratingofglazingandglazingsystems.ThisInternationalStandardsetsoutprocedurestoclassifysuchsecurityglazingsheetmaterialsbymeansoftestsonspecimensofastandardsizeinastandardframeforthepurposeofcomparingtheirrelativeexplosionresistanceandhazardrating.Theproceduresandtestmethodcanalsobeusedtotest,butnotclassify,glazingsystemswherethesheetinfillisincorporatedintoframespurposelydesignedascompleteproductsofappropriatesizeforinstallationintobuildings.ThisInternationalStandardappliesamethodoftestandclassificationsagainstblastwavesgeneratedinashocktubefacilitytosimulatehigh-explosivedetonationsofapproximately30kgto2500kgoftrinitrotoluene(TNT)atdistancesfromabout35mto50m.Theclassificationsapproximatelyrepresentthereflectedpressuresandimpulsesthatareexperiencedbytheseequivalentthreatlevelsonthefaceofalargebuildingfacadepositionedperpendiculartothepathoftheblastwaves.Classificationisdefinedintermsofbothblastshock-wavecharacteristics,expressedintermsofpeakreflectedpressure,impulse,positivephasedurationandwave-formparameter(decaycoefficient),andratingcriteria,expressedintermsofdegreesofglazingdamageandfragmentimpacthazard.Classificationsandratingsareassignedbasedupontheperformanceoftheglazingandarespecifictotheblastcharacteristicsunderwhichthetesthastakenplace.Glazingthathasreceivedanair-blastclassificationandratingissuitableforuseinblast-resistantapplicationsonlyforblastsofcomparablecharacteristicsandonlyifinstalledinaproperlydesignedframe.Designbasedonknowledgeoftheair-blastresistancereducestheriskofpersonalinjury.
