【摘要】:Thisfiretestresponsetestmethodcoversalaboratorydeterminationoftheflashignitiontemperatureandspontaneousignitiontemperatureofplasticsusingahot-airfurnace.Caution-Duringthecourseofcombustion,gasesorvapors,orboth,areevolvedthatmaybehazardoustopersonnel.Adequateprecautionsshouldbetakentoprotecttheoperator.Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardsorfireriskassessmentofmaterials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificprecautionarystatementsaregivenin1.2and1.4.Note1-ThistestmethodandISO871-1996areidenticalinalltechnicaldetails.
