【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestheapplicationofphotoncorrelationspectroscopy(PCS)tothemeasurementofanaverageparticlesizeandameasureofthebroadnessofthesizedistributionofparticlesdispersedinliquids.Itisapplicabletoparticlesizesrangingfromafewnanometrestoabout1μm,ortotheonsetofsedimentation.Inthedataanalysisprocedure(seeannexesAandC)itisassumedthattheparticlesareisotropicandsphericallyshaped.NOTE1—Thetechniqueisalsoknownorreferredtounderothernames,e.g.quasi-elasticlightscattering(QELS)anddynamiclightscattering(DLS).

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesmethodsfor—determiningthecompositionofacalibrationgasmixturebycomparisonwithappropriatereferencegasmixtures,—calculatingtheuncertaintyofthecompositionofacalibrationgasmixtureinrelationtotheknownuncertaintyofthecompositionofthereferencegasmixtureswithwhichitwascompared,—checkingthecompositionattributedtoacalibrationgasmixturebycomparisonwithappropriatereferencegasmixtures,—comparingthecompositionofseveralcalibrationgasmixtures,e.g.forthepurposeofcomparingdifferentmethodsofgasmixturepreparation,orfortestingconsistencyamonggasmixturesofcloselyrelatedcomposition.NOTEInprinciple,themethoddescribedinthisdocumentisalsoapplicabletotheanalysisof(largely)unknownsamplesinsteadofprospectivecalibrationgasmixtures(i.e.gasmixtureswhichareintendedforuseascalibrationgasmixtures).Suchapplications,however,requireappropriatecareandconsiderationofadditionaluncertaintycomponents,forexampleconcerningtheeffectofmatrixdifferencesbetweenthereferencegasesusedforcalibrationandtheanalysedsample.
