【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandard,appliedtogetherwithEN1553:1999,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mounted,trailedorself-propelledfertilizerdistributorsforsolidfertilizerapplication,i.e.fullwidthsolidfertilizerdistributors,solidfertilizerbroadcasters,distributorswithoscillatingtubeandline-distributorsaswellassolidfertilizerdistributorsdrivenbyanauxiliaryenginetobeusedbyoneoperatoronly,usedinagriculture,horticultureandinforestry.Inaddition,thisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.WhenrequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardaredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinEN1553:1999therequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardtakeprecedenceovertherequirementsofEN1553:1999formachinesthathavebeendesignedandbuiltaccordingtotheprovisionsofthisEuropeanStandard.Itdoesnotapplyto:?combinedseedandfertilizerdrills;?machinesfordistributinggranulatedpesticides;?pedestriancontrolleddistributors;?knapsackdistributors.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttosolidfertilizerdistributors,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4),exceptingthehazardsarisingfrom:?inadequatelightingofmoving/workingarea;?inadequatevisibilityfromdrivers/operatorsposition;?inadequateseating;?travellingfunctions(drive,brakingetc.);?rollingover;?equipmentforloadingfertilizerintothemachine;?anauxiliaryengine.Itisnotapplicabletoelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)nortoenvironmentalhazards(exceptnoise).TheseaspectsarecoveredbyEN13739-1:2003,EN13739-2:2003,EN13740-1:2003andEN13740-2:2003.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletosolidfertilizerdistributorswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
